The Punjab National Bank (PNB) is set to hold an electronic auction (e-auction) for mortgage properties on August 25. The properties offered by the PNB electronic auction will include all kinds of properties such as housing, residential, commercial, industrial, etc.

This mega nationwide online auction of residential and commercial properties is conducted transparently under the SARFAESI Act.

How to participate ?

Interested participants should log on to the official website of the e-Bikray portal at ibapi.in.

The buyer must log in to his MSTC-IBAPI portal using his login ID and password. Click on the “Pay Pre-Bid EMD” link, generate a challan by selecting the NEFT option and go to the bank to make the NEFT payment.

What are the KYC documents required to register as an individual

a) PAN card or Form 16

b) Proof of address (a valid set of proof of address includes voter ID card, driver’s license, work card issued by MNREGA duly signed by a state government official , the letter issued by the National Population Register)
