An image of an elderly man dining alone with the seats around him all set up for a meal has been circulating online, prompting comments that there may be more to the scene than meets the eye.

Radio station ZAYAN’s Facebook page posted the harrowing footage on April 25, noting that the man was at a restaurant in Malaysia.

Nearby patrons spotted the man carefully arranging plates and drinks and fixing chairs to make sure everything was in order.

When she was nominated for this year‘s Top 10 Most Popular Female Artist at the Star Awards last Sunday (April 24), actress Cynthia Koh, 48, proclaimed she ‘wouldn’t be wearing anything at all’ if she won.

Referencing a daring dress she wore at a previous red carpet event, Ms Koh joked, “I know everyone saw that blue dress I was wearing, and it must have been memorable. If you vote for me, maybe I won’t wear anything.

Mega supercar encounter in Kallang brings car enthusiasts together, but police on motorbikes join the scene

People from all walks of life and vehicles of all configurations came together on Friday, April 29 for a Mega Meet hosted by car enthusiast website Basement 1.

” Everyone is welcome. All brands, all vehicles, photographers, enthusiasts, spotters or whoever you are!” Basement 1 said in its Facebook post about the event, noting that it waited two years for this to happen.

10-month-old boy diagnosed with acute hepatitis, origin unknown, Ministry of Health investigation case

The Ministry of Health (MOH) said on Saturday April 30 that it was investigating the case of a 10-month-old baby diagnosed with hepatitis (inflammation of the liver) of unknown cause.

The child was taken to the emergency department of KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital on April 25 and was admitted to the hospital for investigation.

City Council on leave? A pile of trash blocks the hallway in Yishun

A worried Yishun resident questioned his city council’s attendance after spotting a large pile of trash in their communal hall.

“This was seen at 426C Yishun Avenue 11. City Council on leave,” Complaint Singapore Facebook page member Steven Tan wrote on Saturday, April 30.

He attached a photo of a pile of trash, consisting of a few large items like a bed, a shelf, and a refrigerator.
